Well never fear, here are children’s things to do in Wicklow that are certain to keep them occupied and put an end to the complaints. You will probably enjoy many of these activities yourself.
1. The Greenan Maze
Greenan Maze is located in the Wicklow Mountains in Glenmalure Valley about 6 km from Rathdrum.
Greenan Maze is the centerpiece of the experience but there is lots more to do as it is a working farm with lots of attractions apart from the maze including a farm museum, a bottle museum, sculptures, a nature trail, a craft shop and tea rooms.,

2. Sea Life Bray
The Sea Life Centre on the Seafront in Bray is aa great place to bring all the family. Adults and children of all ages will enjoy more than 30 displays which house more than 1,000 sea creatures including: Black Tip Reef Sharks, Octopus, Seahorses, Stingrays, Piranha and lots more.
This indoor Aquarium is a great refuge if the weather outside is bad and watching these exotic creatures can keep children fascinated for hours.

3. Kippure Outdoor Activity and Adventure Centre
Kippure Estate Adventure Centre is located in 240 acres of mature woodland on the edge of the Wicklow Mountains National Park about 45 minutes drive from Dublin City Centre.
The centre provides a wide range of activities including high and low ropes, sky trek and zip wire, climbing and abseiling, archery, orienteering, paintball, clay shooting, survival skills, guided mountain walks and lots more.
There is something here for adults and children of all ages with no chance of anyone getting bored!

4. Glenroe Open Pet Farm
Glenroe Open Pet Farm welcomes thousands of families from all over the country every year to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this farm full of pets and farm animals.
Children can feed some of the farm animals and pets which include Sika deer, sheep, lambs, cattle, pigs, goats, ducks, geese, turkeys, peacocks, hens and chickens.
The pets living in Pets’ Corner include rabbits, gerbils, guinea pigs and chipmunks.
There is also a well-equipped playground for children up to 12 year old.

5. Irish Fairy Trails
Irish Fairy Trails at Russborough House is a great free day out for young children.
Lady’s Island at Russborough House is where Faylinn the fairy and his fairy friends live.
At Russborough parkland you can enjoy the magical fairy trail, learn the fairy language, partake in fairy games and puzzles and discover the fairy flowers, fauna, and materials that the fairies use.

6. Bray Bowl And Party Venue
Bray Bowl is a fantastic entertainment centre located beside Bray Dart station.
There is a large range activities to suit all ages including a Quasar Laser Tag arena & system with 30 gunsand a Ticket Redemption Arcade with all the latest attractions.

7. EcoAdventure Ireland

8. Clara Lara Fun Park
Clara Lara Fun Park Wicklow is dedicated to providing healthy outdoor fun for families and groups of children.
There are numerous exciting activities for all ages with tree houses, Tarzan swings, rope bridges, rowing boats, water slides, rafts, canoes and junior go-carts.
Here you can enjoy the breathtaking Aqua Shuttle which is the biggest water slide in Ireland.

9. FatBike Adventures Tours
A guided tour on the famous Fat Bike takes in the best that County Wicklow has to offer with some spectacular scenery.

10. Wicklow Bowl and KidZone
KidZone is a super indoor adventure play area in Wicklow Town for children under 12 years with a 15,000 sq ft indoor play area.
It has three separate areas for Under 2’s, 2 to 4 year olds and 5 to 12 year olds and there are two mini football pitches, Formula 1 racing cars and Bumper Boats.
This great activity area has slides, chutes, tubes and more to keep children amused and active for hours.
